We have very high expectations both of and for our students and my priority as 主要 is to ensure all leave as well-rounded citizens, with a range of skills and experiences and who achieve academic excellence. Glenmoor & AG真人平台网站 is a highly inclusive school that caters for the needs of all students, as I am a firm advocate that every child matters and every lesson counts. We ensure our most able students are stretched academically and students with special educational needs and disabilities are expertly supported, allowing the Academies to bring out the best in everyone.

Glenmoor & AG真人平台网站 are unique schools due to the decision to co-locate the two Academies but remain separate schools through lessons being taught in a single sex environment. This has proved hugely successful with resources; staffing expertise and curriculum opportunities now being fully utilised for the benefit of all students at the Academies. Co-location has been seen by all stakeholders as offering the ‘best of both’ which I believe provides our students with the best possible chance of educational success.

I am exceptionally proud and feel privileged to lead two of the highest performing non-selective 11-16 schools in 伯恩茅斯 and to be part of the multi Academy Chain 美国学习.

Student progress is strong at the Academies’ and continues to improve year on year, as recognised in the outcomes achieved by Glenmoor and AG真人平台网站 students and the wider community with Ofsted highlighting the high expectations and standards across the school, judging both Glenmoor and AG真人平台网站 to be ‘Outstanding’ in all areas.
